Ministry of Infrastructures. It promotes the adoption of Multi-Action Systems in over twelve areas of central and northern Italy in order to sustain and manage territorial planning. The aim is to promote the 'Idea-Programme', i.e. projects able to create opportunities for local development.
Objectives
The main objective is to create a policy for Jesi and its surroundings (Corridoio Esino), able to deploy a territorial development strategy. This strategy should deal with manifold aspects (such as infrastructures, environment, social welfare), with an integrated approach.
Specific objectives are:
- To aggregate, to adapt and to integrate the cognitive scenery, particularly taking consideration of infrastructures, environmental values and criticalities, as well as scenarios relative to the development of the economic-productive system.
- To provide local administrations with a consonant portfolio of projects.
- To connect and to balance both actions and projects that already operative and the different administrations promoting them.
The project is divided in three sets of actions:
- actions of system: managing the programme by promoting partnership and communication.
- actions of context: making the Scenario Development strategies for the territory.
- local actions: expanding the knowledge on territory by creating of Project Atlas and guidelines to match infrastructural projects with environmental issues.
